Abstract

The invention discloses a protecting device in the electroplating process of an electroplated product, which comprises a left hanging tool and a right hanging tool. The left hanging tool and the right hanging tool are provided with a plurality of groups of pothooks; the peripheries of the left hanging tool and the right hanging tool are respectively sleeved with a plastic protecting jacket; and the side walls of the inner sides of the plastic protecting jackets are provided with hanging-in openings of the electroplated product. By using the protecting device in the electroplating process of an electroplated product, two ends of a rod body are protected through the plastic protecting jackets; the distribution and the movement of copper ions in an electroplating bath solution are changed, so that a bead-shaped or columnar copper crystal cannot be formed while the thicknesses of standard copper cladding materials are obtained at the two ends of the rod body; a copper layer can be uniformly electroplated onto the surface of the whole rod body once; and the required cladding material is obtained. Therefore, the percent of pass of finished products and the production efficiency are greatly improved; the material waste is avoided; and the labor cost is reduced.
