The cover plate device comprises an installation part and a plugging part, wherein the installation part can be detachably installed and fixed to the periphery of the first opening from the inner part of the cab shell; the plugging part is fixed withthe installation part; and when the installation part is fixed to the periphery of the first opening, the installation part is embedded with the first opening and the second opening and plugs the first opening and the second opening.
