The method comprises the following steps of: establishing a primary path by a maximum throughput routing method RADSN of a deep-space communication network; and determining primary nodes; respectively establishing a standby node set for each primary node, and selecting the standby nodes, meeting the requirements, from the standby node set; preferentially executing message transmission of the primary, after finishing the message transmission, transmitting the message, which is same as that transmitted by the primary node, by the standby nodes, until a destination node receives the message. For solving the problem of message loss caused by sudden failure of nodes of the satellite network in the prior art, the invention provides the satellite network route establishing method based on reliability assurance, the reliability of transmission of the satellite network is improved by a method of transmitting the message, which is same as that transmitted by the primary node, by the standby nodes; and simultaneously, a plurality of paths jointly formed by the standby nodes and the primary node are used for multiple transmission of standby messages, miscellaneous property of routing is minimized, and load on the satellite network is reduced.
