The electric motor has the programs that firstly, the identity authentication is carried out; then a camera control unit and a system control unit are started; the system control unit stores information into a database and simultaneously, the operation of the electric motor is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control unit; materials which need to be ground are placed into the grinder by a feed transfer port; the electric motor is controlled to operate by the computer control system so as to drive the first group of cutters and the second group of cutters to operate; the materials which need to be ground are subjected to primary grinding by the first group of cutters and then is subjected to secondary grinding and refining by the second group of cutters, so that the grinding effect achieves the technical safety standard; and the ground materials fall into a receiving box.
