The TMDs and the TLDs are used to reduce the shock and vibration response of the upper part of a bridge tower under a variety of excitation in all directions in the horizontal plane and beautify the ornamental environment of the top of the bridge tower through the damping, energy consuming and shock and vibration absorbing functions of the shock-isolating rubber gasket.
