Problems solved by technology

However, when the operating conditions exceed a certain range, the reliable operation of the system cannot be guaranteed due to the limited ability to adjust the amount of circulating refrigerant in the system.
When the system stops running, if too much liquid refrigerant flows into the gas-liquid separator, it will cause the liquid refrigerant to flow back to the compressor, causing the compressor to be damaged due to liquid shock, which will affect the safety of the system
During normal operation, if the refrigerant circulating in the system is insufficient, it will result in insufficient cooling capacity and poor cooling effect, greatly reducing the cooling effectiveness of the air conditioner

Embodiment Construction

[0018] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and in combination with embodiments.

[0019] The refrigerant amount control device according to the present invention includes a refrigerant transfer tank 20 having a liquid inlet connected to the gas-liquid separator 11 of the air conditioning unit through a liquid inlet valve 22 .

[0020] Such as figure 1 As shown, since the refrigerant transfer tank 20 communicates with the gas-liquid separator 11 through the liquid inlet valve 22, when the liquid level in the gas-liquid separator 11 is too high, the liquid inlet valve 22 is opened, and the gas-liquid separator 11 The low-pressure refrigerant in the medium is transferred to the refrigerant transfer tank 20 to achieve the control of the liquid level state of the gas-liquid separator 11, thereby ensuring the effectiveness of the refrigerant circulation volume in the operation of the air conditioning unit, and at the sa...

Abstract

The invention provides a refrigerant quantity control device, a refrigerant quantity control method and an air conditioner unit with the control device. The refrigerant quantity control device comprises a refrigerant transfer tank which is provided with a liquid inlet, and the liquid inlet is communicated with an air-liquid separator of the air conditioner unit through a liquid inlet valve. The air conditioner unit is provided with the refrigerant quantity control device. The refrigerant quantity control method includes: opening the liquid inlet valve, and transferring refrigerants in the air-liquid separator to the refrigerant transfer tank; and opening a pressure balancing valve and leading a pressure balancing opening of the refrigerant transfer tank to be communicated with an inlet of the air-liquid separator. By transferring the low-pressure refrigerants of the air-liquid separator to the refrigerant transfer tank through the liquid inlet valve, the level of the liquid refrigerants in the air-liquid separator is lowered, state control on middle transition containers including the air-liquid separator and the refrigerant transfer tank can be achieved, and accordingly safety of operation of the air conditioner unit and effectiveness of the refrigerant circulating quantity can be ensured.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of air conditioning, and more specifically, to a refrigerant amount control device and method and an air conditioning unit with the control device. Background technique [0002] At present, air-conditioning units are widely used in various occasions of our work and life, providing us with a comfortable working and living environment. As people's requirements for the operating range of air-conditioning systems are increasing day by day, traditional air-conditioning units can no longer meet market demand. Therefore, while ensuring the comfort, it is necessary to further improve the reliability of the air conditioning unit. [0003] Ordinary air-conditioning and refrigeration systems include compressors, high-temperature heat source heat exchangers, throttling components, low-temperature heat source heat exchangers and piping systems, which can ensure the safety and effectiveness of system operation under certai...
