Embodiment Construction

[0025] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0026] The present invention adopts the method of combining measurement and calculation, obtains sample points through multi-threshold comparison, and performs ultrasonic wave curve fitting, and then calculates the zero-crossing point of the ultrasonic signal by using the mathematical expression obtained from the curve fitting.

[0027] This method is mainly divided into the following two steps:

[0028] Step 1) Using multi-threshold comparison to obtain the abscissa and ordinate parameters of the sample points required for curve fitting. Such as figure 1 As shown, in order to reduce the performance requirements of the multi-voltage comparator 7, avoid negative power supply, and save costs, before the original ultrasonic receiving signal 1 enters the multi-voltage comparator 7, voltage bias processing must be performed first, and the original ultrasoni...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for predicting a zero crossing point of an ultrasonic signal based on multi-threshold comparison. The problem of poor anti-jamming capability is existent in the traditional zero crossing detection method of performing voltage comparison on a signal and a zero potential and directly determining the zero crossing point of the signal in a measuring way. The method comprises the steps of by adopting a measurement and computation combined method, acquiring sample point parameters in a measuring way by multi-thread comparison, carrying out ultrasonic waveform curve fitting, and computing the zero crossing point of the ultrasonic received signal by a curvilinear equation obtained by fitting. According to the method, the problem of poor anti-jamming capability in the traditional zero crossing detection method is effectively solved, and the precision and reliability of the zero crossing detection of the ultrasonic signal are improved. The method is suitable for various ultrasonic detection fields, in particular for gas ultrasonic flow meters with low signal to noise ratios of received wave signals; and the detection precision and the anti-jamming capability can be greatly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for detecting a zero-crossing point of an ultrasonic signal, in particular to a method for predicting a zero-crossing point of an ultrasonic signal based on comparison of multiple thresholds. Background technique [0002] In ultrasonic signal detection technology, threshold detection technology and zero-crossing detection technology are two of them. The so-called threshold detection (threshold comparison) refers to using a voltage value much higher than the zero potential as the trigger signal of the comparator. When the voltage value of the signal is higher than the trigger signal, the comparator output is set high, otherwise it is set low; the so-called Zero-crossing detection (zero-crossing comparison) refers to using a voltage value very close to zero potential as the trigger signal of the comparator. When the voltage value of the signal is higher than the trigger signal, the comparator output is set high, otherwis...
