Embodiment Construction

[0021] This process is based on steam distillation and CO 2 Obtained by supercritical extraction, it can also be prepared by other methods of preparing volatile oil such as solvent extraction.

[0022] Using the steam distillation method, put the collected milky white fragrant green into the extraction tank, put it on the sieve plate in the tank, add enough water at the bottom of the tank, and heat the milky white fragrant green in the extraction tank at 100°C-250° C Distillation (steam or oil bath, the volatile components in milky white fragrant green are taken out with steam distillation, and the oil layer is taken out and collected when the separated oil layer no longer increases, that is, no more oil comes out (3~5h). , and then dried with a desiccant to obtain a light yellow liquid, that is, milky white fragrant green volatile oil.

Abstract

Disclosed are a preparation method and application of Anaphalis lactea essential oil. Volatile oil in Anaphalis lacteal is extracted by steam distillation and CO2 supercritical extraction, ingredients of the volatile oil are analyzed initially by gas chromatography / mass spectrography, 57 ingredients in the volatile oil are identified and account for more than 94% of the total volatile oil. Antibacterial and bactericidal activities of the volatile oil are researched by the Oxford cup method, and according to the research, the volatile oil has an evident killing or inhibiting function for bacteria, such as staphylococcus, streptococcus, enterobacter, salmonella, shigella, pseudomonas, bacillus, escherichia coli and the like, and fungi, such as candida, cryptococcus, penicillin, aspergillus, mucor, microsporum, trichophyton, epidermophyton and the like. Testing by DPPH (diphenylpicrylhydrazyl) method shows that the volatile oil has fine antioxidant activity. Owing to the fine activity, the volatile oil is widely applicable to the industries of foods, medicines, cosmetics, health-care products and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the preparation of milky white fragrant green volatile oil and the application of the volatile oil, especially the antibacterial, bactericidal and antioxidative effects of the volatile oil. Background technique [0002] Vegetable oil has its unique composition and biological activity, and has a wide range of uses in spices, medicine, antibacterial, cosmetics, additives, and ecotourism. Plant essential oils are secondary metabolites in plants. They are composed of simple compounds with relatively small molecular weights. They have a certain aromatic smell and are oily liquid substances that can volatilize at room temperature. The chemical composition of plant essential oils is relatively complex. According to the chemical structure, it can be divided into three categories: aliphatic, aromatic and terpenoid compounds and their oxygen-containing derivatives such as alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, acids, ethers, esters, lactones, et...
