Abstract

The invention discloses a framed large-span combined prestress highway bridge and a preparation method thereof. The highway bridge comprises a framed bridge body, a composite bottom beam arranged on the lower part of the framed bridge body and a splay connecting bridge, wherein vertical tubes are arranged in the framed bridge body; a steel strand which produces prestress by virtue of tensioning is arranged in the vertical tube, and composite tube is arranged in the composite bottom beam; a connecting tube is arranged in the splay connecting beam; and steel strands which produce prestress by virtue of tensioning are arranged in the composite tube and the connecting tube. The process comprises the following steps: manufacturing bridge foundation; manufacturing the composite bottom beam; manufacturing the splay connecting beam; manufacturing the framed bridge body; manufacturing a transverse grid beam; and detaching moulds, assembling anchors, tensioning and anchoring and the like. According to the highway bridge and the preparation method thereof, the reinforced concrete bridge structure is optimized according to the working condition, the advantages of the framed structure is sufficiently represented by adopting a novel framed combined prestress process, so that the bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete bridge body is increased, and the target requirement of saving sources and materials can be fulfilled.
