Provided is an electric power interchange system wherein electricity generated by electricity generation devices is interchanged between electricity consumers in a residential complex. Each electricity consumer generates electricity using an electricity generation device and receives a commercial AC electric power supply via a shared electric power supply system. The amount of electric power supplied to each electricity consumer is managed by an electric power management device.
