A submerged arc furnace transformer load monitoring and recording device comprises a first voltage transformer, a current transformer, a squirrel-cage hollow current transformer, a second voltage transformer and a monitoring and recording unit. The first voltage transformer and the current transformer are mounted on the primary side of a submerged arc furnace transformer; and the squirrel-cage current transformer and the second voltage transformer are mounted on the secondary side of the submerged arc furnace transformer. Besides, the first voltage transformer and the current transformer on the primary side of the submerged arc furnace transformer are connected with the monitoring and recording unit through a first electric parameter acquisition module, the squirrel-cage hollow current transformer on the secondary side of the submerged arc furnace transformer is connected with the monitoring and recording unit through a comprehensive conditioning module and a second electric parameter acquisition module sequentially, and the second voltage transformer is connected with the monitoring and recording unit through a second electric parameter acquisition module.
