Embodiment

[0030] Taking shield tunneling in a silt and silt stratum as an example, the total length of the double lines of the project is 2238.442m, with a total of 1866 rings, of which the left line is 1116.447m long (931 rings), and the right line is 1121.995m long (935 rings). The total length of the double line is 2238.442m, with a total of 1866 rings, of which the left line is 1116.447m long (931 rings), and the right line is 1121.995m long (935 rings). The minimum radius of the interval plane is 450m, the minimum vertical slope is 2‰, and the maximum slope is 25.567‰. The minimum buried depth of the tunnel center is 12.635m, and the maximum buried depth is 20.35m. Advance to the 21st ring on the left line, and the 22nd ring on the right line, and the tunnel begins to pass through dense houses continuously, advance to the 695th ring on the left line, and complete the crossing of the residential area by the 701 ring on the right line, and start to pass through the original water pip...

Abstract

The invention discloses a shield construction method which uses a shield machine to continuously under-pass dense buildings in a silty-soil and silty-sand formation. The method comprises the following steps: (1) soil improvement, (2) shield tunnel, (3) segment assembly, and (4) synchronized grout injection. The method in the invention overcomes the problem that the prior shield construction methods can not satisfy requirements for ground settlement in shield constructions of water-rich silty-soil and silty-sand formations. Through the soil improvement, the shield in the construction process can maintain tunneling with stable tunneling speeds and cutterhead torques. With construction parameters strictly controlled, single ground settlement can be controlled within 3mm while accumulative ground settlement and building settlement can be controlled within 10mm. Thus, roads over the tunnel can be ensured to be unblocked, and buildings to be safe and normally used. The shield in the construction process can maintain tunneling with stable tunnel speeds and cutterhead torques, thereby increasing working efficiency and reducing construction cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a shield tunneling construction method, in particular to a construction method in which a shield tunneling machine continuously penetrates dense buildings in silt and silt sand formations. Background technique [0002] "Shield tunneling method construction" is a highly mechanized and automated tunneling construction method. Since the 1960s, western developed countries have widely applied this technology to the construction of urban subways and large urban drainage tunnels. With the rapid development of urban rail transit, subway shield technology has been widely used. The shield method construction uses the shield machine as the tunneling equipment, uses the shield shell of the shield machine as support, cuts the soil with the front cutter head, pushes the shield machine forward by the jack, and assembles and prefabricates it on the excavation surface. The segment is used as lining to form a tunnel construction method. The su...
