The stepping motor and the motor driver are arranged at the bottom of the box body; the ultrasonic flaw detector is used for detecting defects of a gas valve; the industrial personal computer coordinately controls different components; the switchover interface is connected between the industrial personal computer and the ultrasonic flaw detector; the hopper-shaped sealing cover is hermetically arranged above the stepping motor; a rotating shaft of the stepping motor penetrates through the center of the sealing cover; the gas valve to be detected is arranged above the sealing cover and is detachably connected with the rotating shaft of the stepping motor; and water is filled in a concave surface of the sealing cover. A water immersion ultrasonic penetration method is adopted, and tiny defects in a surfacing layer can be sensitively detected. Practice proves that the method has reliable sensibility.
