Abstract

The shear wall thermal-insulation system comprises a cast-in-place shear wall layer and an aerated concrete layer, wherein the aerated concrete layer is adhered onto the outer side of the cast-in-place shear wall layer; the aerated concrete layer is an external template of the cast-in-place shear wall layer; and the aerated concrete layer is a construction building layer. The shear wall insulation system provided by the invention comprises three layers of materials. In the system, the innermost layer is a cast-in-place concrete shear wall layer; the intermediate layer is an aerated concrete thermal-insulation layer; and the outermost layer is an external wall ceramic tile finish coat. The heat conduction coefficient of the aerated concrete thermal-insulation layer is 0.12 kilocalories per meter*hour*DEG C; and the thermal insulation property is good. The aerated concrete thermal-insulation layer is excellently durable; and in the utilization process, the strength of the aerated concrete when being naturally carbonized is reduced. The unfreezing function rarely influences the system, so that the system is excellently durable when the system is used for thermal insulation.
