Abstract

The invention discloses a colloidal gold test strip, which is formed by laminating and sticking an adsorption pad, a cellulose nitrate film, a gold label pad and a sample pad on a plastic lining plate in sequence, wherein the cellulose nitrate film is provided with a detection line and a quality control line; the gold label pad is coated with a monoclonal antibody which can be used for identifying neomycin, amikacin and paromomycin of a colloidal gold label; the detection line is coated with a neomycin coating antigen; and the quality control line is coated with a goat or rabbit anti-mouse IgG (Immunoglobulin). The invention further discloses a use method of the colloidal gold test strip and an application of the colloidal gold test strip to the detection of neomycin residual. The colloidal gold test strip can be applied to rapid detection of neomycin residual in tissue samples of milk, chicken, pork, shrimp, beef, mutton, pork liver and the like, and has the minimum detection limit of 500mu.g/L, high specificity and high accuracy.
