A radio frequency microwave band datum reference signal is generated by utilizing an analog phase-locked loop and a frequency synthesis technique, and the wideband linear frequency-modulated, non-linear frequency-modulated or special phase-coded signal and the radio frequency microwave band datum reference signal are combined by virtue of frequency spectrum shifting, thus an ultra-wide band frequency-modulated signal with low spur, low phase noise and high resolution is generated, a microwave direct frequency synthesizer with high resolution and low phase noise is realized and is simple in structure and easy to integrate.
