The all-in-one machine comprises a water source pipeline with a water-source-side water return port and a water-source-side water supply port, a user pipeline with a user-side water return port and a user-side water supply port and a heat pump unit which is used for the user pipeline and the water source pipeline to exchange the heat, both the user pipeline and the water source pipeline are respectively provided with a water pump, a flow meter and a temperature sensor, a pressure difference transmitter is arranged between the user-side water return port and the user-side water supply port of the user pipeline, a bypass branch is arranged between the user-side water return port and the user-side water supply port, and the bypass branch is provided with a continuous electric two-way valve; and the heat pump unit, the water pump, the flow meter, the temperature sensor, the pressure difference transmitter and the continuous electric two-way valve are connected with a controller.
