Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows for improved removal or reduction of harmful substance from food products by modifying certain materials within them through an addition reaction between two chemical agents called silicate ion (SiO2) and acidifying agent. These modifications improve the ability of these materials to absorb small molecules such as pesticides and other types of biological contaminant particles while still allowing water vapor to pass freely into their pores without being blocked up. Additionally, this new type of treatment helps reduce odors caused when ingesting crops containing various kinds of bacteria.

Problems solved by technology

The technical problem addressed in this patented text relates to reducing the presence of these substances during manufacturing processes like fermentations where they may affect health issues related to human or animal exposure.

Embodiment 1

[0021] Stir and mix 15g of ferric chloride and 15g of aluminum chloride in a high-speed mixer, then add to 24g of montmorillonite, stir and mix in an aqueous solution to obtain a 10 wt% mixed solution. Add 13.5g of sodium hydroxide to the mixed solution, stir and mix evenly, then leave it to age at room temperature for 1 hour, after drying, calcinate at 300°C for 10 hours, cool at room temperature and pulverize to obtain inorganic modified montmorillonite . Take 20 g of inorganic modified montmorillonite and 6 g of dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride, mix them uniformly in an aqueous solution, dry them at 100° C., pulverize and finely grind them to obtain a finished product.

Embodiment 2

[0023] Stir and mix 1g of ferric chloride and 16g of aluminum chloride in a high-speed mixer, then add to 1.7g of montmorillonite, stir and mix in an aqueous solution to obtain a 1 wt% mixed solution. Add 0.17g of sodium hydroxide to the mixed solution, stir and mix evenly, then leave it to stand for aging at room temperature for 3 days, after drying, calcinate at 200°C for 1 hour, cool at room temperature and pulverize to obtain inorganic modified montmorillonite . Take 10 g of inorganic modified montmorillonite and 0.1 g of octadecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, mix uniformly in an aqueous solution, dry at 50° C., pulverize and grind finely to obtain a finished product.

Embodiment 3

[0025] 20g of ferric chloride and 10g of aluminum chloride were mixed evenly in a high-speed mixer, then added to 15g of montmorillonite, stirred and mixed evenly in an aqueous solution, and a 5wt% mixed solution was obtained. Add 3g of sodium hydroxide to the mixed liquid, stir and mix evenly, then leave it to stand for aging at room temperature for 7 days, after drying, calcinate at 500°C for 1 hour, cool at room temperature and pulverize to obtain inorganic modified montmorillonite. Take 10g of inorganic modified montmorillonite and 2g of dioctadecylmethylbenzyl ammonium chloride and mix them evenly in the aqueous solution. During the mixing process, add 0.2g of absolute ethanol, dry at 80°C, crush and grind finely to obtain the finished product .

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for a mycotoxin adsorbent. According to the invention, the adsorbent having a full adsorption effect to multiple pathogenic mycotoxins is prepared according to the physicochemical property of mycotoxins, based on montmorillonite, and by means of the method of inorganic modification and organic compounding. The adsorbent can be added in feeds in a powder-shape mode according to a certain ratio for adsorbing common mycotoxins such as aflatoxin, ochracin, zearalenone and vomitoxin in feeds. According to the invention, the total adsorption amount of montmorillonite to mycotoxins is improved, and meanwhile the adsorbing property of montmorillonite to mycotoxins with various polarities is enhanced, so that the composite adsorbing effect is improved; and in addition, the adsorbent has the following characteristics of higher practicability, simple production technique, lower cost, and no toxicity or harmlessness.
