Abstract

When relatively low standard deviation sigma and scale j are selected (for example, the sigma is ranged from 0.2 to 0.6, and the j is 0), the distortion of the peak shape is reduced after smoothing each time, so that the method is applicable to the smoothing of a weak peak; once relatively high standard deviation sigma and scale j are selected (for example, the sigma is ranged from 0.6 to 1, and the j is 1, 2, 3......,), the statistical fluctuation can be greatly suppressed, and the spectral peak can be accelerated to be shaped, so that the method is suitable for the smoothing of the energy spectrum which is high in statistical fluctuation and obvious in spectral peak.
