The sulfur-containing ultra-low titanium high-standard bearing steel produced by means of the preparation method is good in machinability, and extremely high in purity, and has a titanium content controlled within 10 ppm and an oxygen content controlled within 6 ppm; moreover, the steel is good in castability, and has more than 10 continuous casting heats without feeding of a si-ba wire; therefore, high production efficiency is achieved.
