The plasma comprises an input system, a switch power supply, a three-phase rectifying circuit, a filtering circuit, an inverting circuit, a transformer, a medium frequency rectifier, a reactor wave filter and an output system, wherein the input system is communicated with the switch power supply, the switch power supply is connected with the three-phase rectifying circuit, the three-phase rectifying circuit transmits the current to the inverting circuit through the filtering circuit, the output voltage of the inverting circuit is transmitted to the transformer, and the transformer outputs voltage and outputs direct current from the output system through the medium frequency rectifier and the reactor wave filter in sequence.
