Abstract

The invention provides a cable continuous-vulcanization manufacturing method capable of integrating internal and external sheath rubber by binding, which comprises the following steps: (1) extruding an internal sheath mixture with a rubber extruder by using a cabling core as an inner core, and vulcanizing to obtain a semi-finished product; (2) knitting the knitting material polyamide fiber with a knitting machine to obtain an external surface of the semi-finished product in the step (1), wherein the external surface is knitted into a reticular sleeve which is closely attached to the vulcanized rubber external surface obtained in the step (1); and (3) extruding an external sheath mixture with a rubber extruder by using the product in the step (2) as the inner core, and vulcanizing to obtain the product. The cable internal sheath is firstly vulcanized, thereby preventing the cable from being squashed in the subsequent production technique, and ensuring the processing of the large-section high-length cable. The large-size cable, of which the length is up to more than 300m and the dead weight is 2560-5742kg for each coil, can be conveniently produced on the existing national continuous-vulcanization production line for manufacturing the rubber insulation rubber sheath cable.
