Abstract

The method is characterized in that the processes of water level controlling of the drum of the waste heat boiler and pollution discharging are separated, so that the discharging operation caused by the fact that the water level in the drum is too high is reduced. The method particularly includes the following processes: when the water level in the drum of the waste heat boiler exceeds an upper limit, a water discharging pneumatic valve is turned on, sewage in the drum enters a pollution-discharging flash vessel, and the redundant hot water in the drum is guided into a deaerator after timing for a period of time until the water level of the deaerator is lower than the lower limit or oxygen blast of a converter occurs. When oxygen blast of the converter stops, and the water level in the deaerator is higher than the upper limit or the redundant hot water in the drum is disqualified, the redundant hot water in the drum is still guided into the pollution-discharging flash vessel.
