Abstract

The elastic element is characterized by comprising a torque sensing part with a barrel body at the middle part and flange plates at the two ends, wherein an upper connecting body is externally sleeved on the barrel body of the torque sensing part by an upper connecting ring and fixedly connected to the flange plates; two upper ring tiles are symmetrically arranged on the outer circumference of the upper connecting ring; each upper ring tile is symmetrically provided with upper connecting lugs along the two sides of the circumferential direction; a lower connecting body is opposite to the upper connecting body by a lower connecting ring, lower ring tiles and lower connecting lugs of the lower connecting body; each upper ring tile and each lower ring tile are arranged on the same circumferential position and staggered one by one; the adjacent upper connecting lug and lower connecting lug are connected by a steel sheet to form a whole ring; and a strain gauges is arranged on each steel sheet.
