The grain soya-bean milk is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of coix seed, 20-30 parts of red dates, 400-600 parts of water, 80-120 parts of soybean, 5-15 parts of millet, 10-20 parts of mung bean and 20-40 parts of honey. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: 1) adding 10-20 parts of coix seed, 20-30 parts of red dates, 80-120 parts of soybean, 5-15 parts of millet and 10-20 parts of mung bean into 400-600 parts of water, pulping the mixture in a stirrer, filtering, and obtaining mixed pulp; and 2) boiling the obtained mixed pulp through soft fire, adding 20-40 parts of honey into the pulp after the obtained mixed pulp is cooled, uniformly mixing, and obtaining the grain soya-bean milk.
