Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the noble metal is already reduced and solidified in the supporting process, and conditions that the dispersity of the noble metal is reduced and the activity is reduced due to the fact that the noble metal is gathered on the surfaces of the supporters due to migration caused by water migration in the drying process can be avoided. Besides, the dispersity of the noble metal on the supporters is good, and the sintering probability of the noble metal in the high-temperature ageing process is decreased.

The regenerant comprises, by mass, 85-90% of bio-oil, 5-10% of a plasticizer, 1-5% of an anti-ageing agent and 1-3% of an anti-ageing agent B. The preparation and use method of the regenerant comprises the following steps: (1) adding the bio-oil and the plasticizer into a reaction vessel, and preliminarily preparing a biological regenerant; and (2) adding the biological regenerant prepared in step (1) into a 125 DEG C container, adding the anti-ageing agent A and the anti-ageing agent B according to determined mass percentages, performing stirring by using a stirrer, standing the obtained mixture after the stirring ends, and naturally cooling the mixture to room temperature in order toprepare the anti-ageing biological regenerant. The bio-oil-based anti-ageing asphalt regenerant is used in asphalt plant hot recycling to effectively recover the pavement performances of a waste asphalt mixture and improve the anti-ageing ability of the regenerated asphalt mixture, so resource saving and environment protection are achieved, and the service life of the pavement is prolonged. The regenerant has a good compatibility with asphalt, and can effectively improve the anti-ageing performance of the regenerated asphalt.
