Abstract

The invention discloses a forklift hydraulic control steering balancing device which comprises a full hydraulic steering gear, two oil cylinders and an oil tank. A pressure oil inlet, oil return opening and two working ports are formed in the full hydraulic steering gear. The oil tank is provided with an oil inlet and an oil outlet. The oil outlet is connected with the pressure oil inlet of the full hydraulic steering gear through an oil pump. The oil inlet is connected with the oil return opening of the full hydraulic steering gear through a filter. The forklift hydraulic control steering balancing device is characterized in that a rodless cavity of one oil cylinder is communicated with a rod cavity of another oil cylinder through pipelines; a valve bush in a sealed state is inserted into a blind hole, and the external end of the valve bush is level and parallel to the corresponding end of a piston; and the diameter of the outer segment of the valve bush is smaller than the diameter of the inner segment of the valve bush, and therefore a peripheral step is formed on the position, close to the opening portion, of an inner cavity of the valve bush. The forklift hydraulic control steering balancing device has the advantages of avoiding walking difficulty of a forklift when the positions of two oil cylinder pistons are different from each other, guaranteeing the normal operation of the forklift, and improving the efficiency of labor.
