Abstract

The invention relates to a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) impact modifying plasticizer which comprises 80-90 parts of methacrylic acid, 40-55 parts of butadiene, 5-7 parts of phthalic anhydride and 3-5 parts of acetic anhydride. The content of acetic anhydride is 4 parts of. The plasticizer also comprises 3-6 parts of butanol. The PVC plasticizer can enhance the mechanical properties of PVC, and especially greatly enhance the shock resistance; and thus, the product has the advantage of long service life, and can not easily discolor or embrittle. The plasticizer provided by the invention has the advantages of cheap raw materials and lower cost.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a PVC auxiliary agent, especially a PVC plasticizer. Background technique [0002] The reason why the glassy PVC resin causes material damage under stress is the forced high elastic deformation of the material. If there are structural defects such as impurities, fillers, voids, and bubbles in the deformed part, the stress is likely to concentrate on the weak part, causing the fracture to develop rapidly, causing the material to be destroyed when it is far below the theoretical average strength. Pure PVC resin is a brittle material, and the continuous glass phase cannot prevent the cracks from expanding sharply under the action of stress, and finally forms notches and cracks, so the impact resistance is poor. To improve the impact resistance of brittle materials, a widely used method is to toughen rubber. Since the 1950s, people began to study the rubber toughening mechanism of materials, and various theories have been proposed...
