The liquid comprises polymerizable material having a first refractive index. The filler comprising a first plurality of particles having a second refractive index. The first plurality of particles being formed from a low and a high median particle size plurality of particles. The low median particle size plurality of particles having a median particle size between 0.1 and 1.0 micrometers. The high median particle size plurality of particles having a median particle size between 1 and 10 micrometers. The first refractive index being within 5 percent of said second refractive index. More preferably the low median particle size plurality of particles have a median particle size between 0.3 and 0.7 micrometers, and said high median particle size plurality of particles have a median particle size between 1 and 2 micrometers. The invention discloses nickel base alloy powder for overlaying welding of the sealing surface of the intake and outlet valve of automobiles. The nickel base alloy powder comprises the components with the following weight portions of 25-27 percent of Cr, 4-6 percent of Mo, 10-15 percent of Fe, 2-3 percent of Si, 1.5-2 percent of B, 0.65-0.75 percent of C and Ni for the rest. The beneficial effects of the invention are (1) low cost, (2) good technological properties and (3) high hardness. The nickel base alloy powder can take the place of cobalt base alloy powder and has low cost. The price of the nickel base alloy powder is one third of the price of the cobalt base alloy powder. The nickel base alloy powder is especially suitable for plasma overlaying welding technology and vacuum furnace melting technology of the sealing surface of the intake and outlet valve of automobiles and locomotives. Compared with Stellite No. 6 cobalt base alloy powder, the welding layer of the invention processed by the same plasma arc overlaying welding technology has a same volume loss (mm <3>) in wear test. By comparing the hardness of the nickel base alloy powder with the hardness of the Stellite No. 6 cobalt base alloy powder, the two powders have the same hardness HRC which is 43 after the powders are cooled to room temperature. The two powder after being welded have the same hardness under 400-700 centigrade temperature in the furnace, while the nickel base alloy powder has better red-hardness.

The method comprises the following steps: firstly, surveying the field geology of a project; secondly, establishing a finite element analytical model by utilizing three-dimensional finite element modeling software for simulating a karst cave, the excavation face balance, the stratum loss, a lining and slag cart and the shield tunnel construction excavation; thirdly, calculating the vertical displacement of shield tunnel excavation on the karst cave under different working conditions; and fourthly, making a normalized relational graph of the karst cave roof sedimentation and the distance between the karst cave and the tunnel. The method sufficiently takes shield tail volume loss into consideration when the karst cave is positioned under a tunnel during shield tunnel construction, and calculates a safe vertical distance formula for the tunnel excavation influenced karst cave by analyzing the normalized relation among karst cave roof sedimentation, vertical distance between the karst cave and the tunnel and the diameter of the karst cave; and the formula is simple and clear, is beneficial to quick and intuitive judgment of a field engineer, and can be used for improving the construction efficiency.

The method includes the steps that firstly, the initial position of a welding tool is set so that the lower surface of a pressing ring, the lower surface of the stir sleeve and the lower surface of a stir pin can be located in the same horizontal plane as the upper surface of a board to be welded; secondly, dipping of the stir sleeve and back-drawing of the stir pin are performed, and the cavity generated after back-drawing of the stir pin is just filled with plastic metal extruded by the stir sleeve; thirdly, variable-speed backfilling of the plastic metal is performed, and the amount of the plastic metal extruded by the stir pin from the center cavity of the stir sleeve is increased so that the gap generated after back-drawing of the stir sleeve can be better backfilled. Finally, the horizontal position of the lower surface of the stir sleeve and the lower surface of the stir pin is lower than the horizontal position of the upper surface of the board to be welded by a certain distance, so that the metal volume loss is compensated for. The method is used for friction stir spot welding.

The post axial force balancing device consists of a balancing drum arranged on the pump shaft, a balancing drum sleeve sleeved outside the balancing drum and a balancing chamber, wherein a gap is reserved between the balancing drum and the balancing drum sleeve; and the surface of the balancing drum is provided with a plurality of axial grooves. The invention has the advantages that: (1) the leakage from the radial gap between the balancing drum and the balancing drum sleeve is small, so difference between front and rear pressures of the balancing drum is increased so large as to make the balancing of the axial force by the balancing drum convenient; (2) the novel multistage centrifugal pump is provided with a plurality of sets of axial force balancing device so as to meet balancing requirement of the axial force; and (3) the novel multistage centrifugal pump can improve the performance range of the pump, can avoid larger volume loss which occurs because the gap between the impeller and the guide vane is so large that the fluid cannot sufficiently enter the next stage impeller, and improves the efficiency of the pump.
