The invention discloses mint milky tea and a manufacturing method thereof. The mint milky tea is prepared from the raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 15-30 parts of mint leaves, 20-30 parts of orange juice, 10-25 parts of lemon juice, 30-50 parts of black tea, 400-600 parts of fresh milk, 200-300 parts of water, 30-50 parts of white granulated sugar and 20-40 parts of honey. The preparation method comprises the steps of: 1) placing mint leaves and white granulated sugar in water, boiling with soft fire and filtering to obtain a filtrate; and 2) adding black tea and fresh milk into the filtrate, mixing uniformly and boiling with soft fire, and then, adding the orange juice, lemon juice and honey, and mixing uniformly to obtain the mint milky tea. The mint milky tea prepared by the invention is simple in preparation method, high in nutritive value, free from any chemical additives and abundant in taste, and is a green and delicious health beverage.
