Embodiment Construction

[0031] Astronomical tides and storm surges are separated from the measured tidal water levels at the Laizhou Bay tide gauge station (119.762 east longitude, 36.9762 north latitude). The specific implementation steps are as follows:

[0032] Based on the wavelet function library of the MATLAB wavelet toolbox and the tide level data measured in Laizhou Bay in 2009, the astronomical tide and storm surge are separated by using wavelet packet transform. The specific method is:

[0033] ① Daubechies wavelet has good local characteristics and can extract useful signal components in various transient waveforms. Finally, db4 compactly supported orthogonal wavelet is selected as the wavelet packet generating function.

[0034] ②Considering the astronomical tides of 170 tidal equinoxes, the frequency ( / h) range of the tidal level signal is [0.0001141, 0.4887123], and the lowest frequency is Sa tidal equinox (f Sa =0.0001141), the next lowest is tidal Ssa, its frequency is 0.0002282, the...

Abstract

The invention discloses an astronomic tide and storm tide separating method. An ocean hydrometric station only measures one group of real-time tide water level processes, the real-time process can be regarded as the superposition of a strong determination process (astronomic tides) and a weak random process (atmosphere activity interference including storm tides), and at the moment, the separation can be realized by utilizing mathematical measures such as frequency windows (frequency domains) and filters (time domains). The invention adopts the separation method based on wavelet packet analysis, the tide level is used as signals, firstly, the wavelet function and the wavelet packet decomposition layer number are determined, 170 partial tides are distributed to a unique leaf node according to frequencies, an optimal wavelet tree is obtained, then, the wavelet decomposition coefficient containing the astronomic partial tides is reconstructed, astronomic partial tide signals in each frequency band range are extracted, optimally, a wavelet filter is utilized for removing the astronomic partial tides from the tide level signals, and a storm tide surge curve is obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the automation field and relates to a method for separating astronomical tide and storm surge, which is used for separating the astronomical tide water level and storm tide water level in the total water level during a storm surge. Background technique [0002] Storm surge disasters rank first among all types of marine disasters, and most of the major coastal disasters caused by strong weather systems in the world are caused by storm surges. In my country, storm surge disasters are almost all over the coast of my country, and occur from south to north. In the southeastern coastal areas with relatively low latitudes, storm surge disasters are mostly caused by typhoons or tropical cyclones generated in the Northwest Pacific Ocean in summer and autumn. The astronomical tide is the main component in the tide gauge curve, and the primary task is to eliminate the astronomical tide in the tide gauge curve, that is, to separate the ast...
