When the voltage deviation exceeds the preset voltage deviation range, a controller transmits an instruction to control a balancing module to reduce the voltage of the battery pack to perform energy-nondestructive voltage supplement on the battery with the lowest voltage, difference among the batteries can be reduced, the charge-discharge capacity of the battery pack is improved, and the service life is prolonged.
