The pre-bending fixture includes a base plate, supporting blocks, a gantry bracket, pressure heads, sliding plates and adjusting screw rods, wherein the base plate is rectangular; two elongated slots are uniformly distributed in the length direction and the width direction of the base plate respectively; one supporting block is arranged at each end of the base plate in the length direction, and is fixed on the base plate; the upper surface of each supporting plate is circular arc; the gantry bracket is fixed in the middle of the base plate; the sliding plates are mounted on the gantry bracket by through holes therein; four elongated slots are uniformly distributed in the sliding plates, and are arranged in the same way as the elongated slots of the base plate; one pressure head is arranged at each end of each sliding plate in the length direction, each pressure head is connected with each sliding plate; the lower surface of each pressure head is circular arc; and adjusting screw rods penetrate through threaded holes at the centers of cross beams of the gantry bracket to be fixed with the sliding plates.
