The process comprises the following steps of ultrasonic cleaning, secondary furnace ion beam discharge cleaning, third ion beam arc cleaning, metal ion compacting and film forming through the electric field and the magnetic field in the vacuum furnace. Compared with the prior art, the process disclosed by the invention has the following beneficial effects that the pretreatment of water electroplating is acidic or alkaline water treatment, environmental pollution is caused and the water consumption is large; and the pretreatment of PVD (Plating Vacuum Deposition) is neutral water treatment, no environmental pollution is caused and the water consumption is little.
