Abstract

The hot-press diamond-impregnated drill bit consists of a composite matrix (1) and a natural diamond (2); the composite matrix (1) consists of the following components according to a mass ratio of: 25-43 of WC (Wolfram Carbide), 15-25 of cast WC, 15-30 of Cu, 13-20 of Co, 11-17 of Ni, 1-3 of Mn, 1-2 of P and 0.5-1 of artificial mono-crystal diamond powder; the natural diamond (2) is titanium-plated natural diamond, and a particle size range of the natural diamond (2) is 40-100 meshes; and the concentration of the natural diamond (2) is 75-110%. A tooth form of the drill bit is designed to be cylindrical. The drill bit provided by the invention can be inlaid on a drill matrix in a vertical manner and a horizontal manner; the drill bit has the combined effect of two rock breaking manners of cutting and grinding in soft or hard alternative abrasive formations; and the drill bit has the advantages of high rock breaking efficiency and long service life.
