The three-dimensional transportation system for the urban main road comprises a main line and branches, wherein the main line comprises an elevated road and a ground layer; a subway tunnel is arranged at the lower part of the ground layer; upright columns are arranged on the elevated road; the upright column in the center of the elevated road is deep into the lower surface of the subway tunnel and connected with a tunnel upper surface and a tunnel lower surface; the upright columns on the two sides of the elevated road are connected integrally with the side walls of the subway tunnel; a left tunnel and a right tunnel are arranged on the two sides of the subway tunnel; at a large-scale intersection, the left tunnel and the right tunnel are connected with the branches on the road by virtue of an underground flyover; the left tunnel and the right tunnel are connected by virtue of a left turn-in ramp and a right turn-out ramp arranged on the main line; and the branches are connected with the left tunnel and the right tunnel by virtue of right turn-in ramps and right turn-out ramps arranged on the branches.
