The automatic constant temperature device comprises a low temperature detection module and a temperature control module. The communication circuit is of a power line carrier wave communication module, and comprises an A-phase, a B-phase or a C-phase transmission. The central processing unit comprises an AD sampling circuit, a compare module and an output module. The sampling circuit comprises a current mutual insulator, a voltage sensor and a true root mean square (TRMS) measuring chip, wherein the current mutual insulator and the voltage sensor are respectively connected with the TRMS measuring chip, and the TRMS measuring chip is connected with the AD sampling circuit.
