Embodiment

[0026] The specific implementation method of the embodiment includes the following steps:

[0027] Step 1, high-precision DSM generation: filter and interpolate LiDAR point cloud data in two different periods to generate two DSMs (digital surface elevation models).

[0028] The embodiment processes the original LiDAR point cloud data in two different periods, the old and the new, which are respectively recorded as LiDAR data in the T1 period and LiDAR data in the T2 period. First, filter the two phases of the original LiDAR point cloud to remove rough points (extremely high points, extremely low points, and noise points), and then perform triangulation interpolation (TIN interpolation) on the point cloud data that removes rough points, and use a certain color matching scheme, different colors represent different elevation values, and then generate two high-precision DSMs in different periods. The corresponding DSMs of the LiDAR data in the T1 period and the LiDAR data in the ...

Abstract

The invention provides a building three-dimensional change detection method based on a LiDAR point cloud and an image. Through LiDAR data filter and interpolation, a high-precision digital surface model (DSM) is generated, difference is carried out on the DSM and a candidate change area is obtained, then through a relevant formula, the candidate change area is enabled to correspond to a two-dimensional image, and change areas on the image are extracted through edge extraction, linear feature matching, edge difference, and the like. The building three-dimensional change detection method has the advantages of being capable of making full use of elevation information which is provided by LiDAR point cloud data, at the same time, combining information of the two-dimensional image to conduct the three-dimensional change detection on a manual building, and significantly improving precision, breadth and depth of the change detection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of surveying and mapping science and technology, and relates to a three-dimensional change detection method for buildings based on LiDAR point cloud and image data, which is mainly used in the fields of extraction and processing of artificial building change information. Background technique [0002] Data sources for change detection include remote sensing images, orthophotos, vector maps, and LiDAR (lidar) point cloud data. Among them, LiDAR is not limited by sunshine and weather conditions. It can observe the earth around the clock, quickly obtain low-cost, high-precision three-dimensional coordinates of the earth's surface, and provide a good data source for accurately extracting building features. In particular, compared with other methods, LiDAR point cloud data can provide high-precision elevation information of artificial buildings. However, due to the lack of texture information in the airborne lidar point cl...
