The method includes obtaining road condition information, not completed, of various section of a car in a navigation route, wherein road information comprises first road condition information and second road condition information, and the first road condition information comprises first average speed corresponding to each section; guaranteeing surplus time completing the section based on the first average speed corresponding to the section when the section has the first road condition information; guaranteeing the surplus time of the section based on second average speed corresponding to road stages of the section when the section has the second road information or does not have road condition information, wherein the second average speed is the product of default speed of the section and the second average speed corresponding to the road stages; and enabling the surplus time of each section which is not completed to be counted up to obtain the surplus time distant from the destination. The generating method of navigation information, the navigation device and the vehicle-mounted terminal effectively improve accuracy of navigation information, and therefore improves user experience.
