Benefits of technology

This patented innovative technical solution described in this patents involves creating a special material called “mossy” or bacteria from food crops grown on marginal lands where nutrients were being wasted due to poor management practice. By adding these microorganisms into the culturing process, we could improve the effectiveness of decompositing harmful substances while reducing environmental impact. Additionally, our research suggests combining them together with other beneficial ingredients to enhance their performance without increasing costs. Overall, this approach helps produce more efficient green products through improved resource usage and reduced disposal efforts.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patent relates to improving the recycle potential of waste materials from industrial sources like bauxite or lignocellulosacea. Current methods involve incinerating them away after their usefulness ends up being thrown away without reusing any more than half of all the original raw matter they produce. Additionally, current techniques require expensive equipment and processes, leading to environmental concerns over disposable products made from biomass resources.

Embodiment 1

[0025] The present embodiment utilizes the method for recycling and reusing the novel cultivation substrate of the bacterium chaff+AMF comprising the following steps:

[0026] 1. Preparation of fungus bran + AMF new cultivation medium

[0027] Fine river sand and clay that have passed through a 2mm sieve without any impurities are selected, mixed according to fine river sand:clay=5:2~1 (volume ratio), and used as AMF culture substrate after moist heat sterilization. Add 500-1000 spores of Glomus intaradices (separated and preserved in Qingdao Agricultural University, preservation number: Gi95) to the above 2-3L culture medium, sow tobacco and clover, and cultivate in the greenhouse: natural light conditions; day and night temperatures are 25 ~30℃ and 12~15℃; water as needed; apply 20%~30% Hoagland nutrient solution every two weeks. Others are under conventional management. Harvest the substrate and root system after 3 to 4 months of cultivation. Adjust the number of inoculu...

Embodiment 2

[0044] The present embodiment utilizes the method for recycling and reusing the novel cultivation substrate of the bacterium chaff+AMF comprising the following steps:

[0045] 1. Fine river sand and clay that have passed through a 2mm sieve without any impurities are selected, mixed according to fine river sand:clay=5:2~1 (volume ratio), and used as AMF culture substrate after moist heat sterilization. Add 500-1000 spores of Glomus intaradices (isolated and preserved by Qingdao Agricultural University, preservation number: Gi95) to the above-mentioned 2-3L culture medium and sow tobacco and clover, and cultivate them in a greenhouse under natural light conditions; the day and night temperature is 25-25 30-12~15℃; water as needed; apply 20%~30% Hoagland nutrient solution every two weeks. Others are under conventional management. Harvest the substrate and root system after 3 to 4 months of cultivation. Adjust the inoculum IPU quantity to 15000IPU L -1 spare;

Abstract

The invention provides a novel mushroom residue and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) culture medium, and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method mainly comprises the steps of: inoculating arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) with mushroom residues so as to prepare the mushroom residue and AMF culture medium; planting tomato, strawberry or onion seedlings on the medium so as to grow and culture vegetables; after the vegetable growing seasons are finished, reusing the medium which cultures vegetables as an AMF inoculation agent and a soil organic additive, and applying the medium to protect soil. The organic matter, AMF inoculation material and mineral contents in the soil can be increased, soil physical and chemical properties are improved, and soil fertility is increased; plant growth is stimulated, yield is increased, and quality is improved; and the purposes of efficient mushroom residue recycling, environmental protection, agricultural sustainable production promotion and circular economy are realized.
