An emulsion for heat-resisting paper and a preparation method of the emulsion are provided. The emulsion is pasted on a surface of common paper, heat-resistant performance of the paper is led to be improved under the condition that tensile strength and bursting strength of the paper are slightly improved. The emulsion is prepared by using raw materials, by weight, of 1-10% of unsaturated double bond organosilicone monomer, 1-5% of unsaturated acid, 10-35% of hard monomer, no less than 10% of soft monomer, 1-5% of emulgator, 0.1-1% of initiator, 0.1-1% of buffer agent, 1-8% of N-hydroxy acrylamide and 35-40% of solid content. And the raw materials are reacted in water to obtain the paper used organosilicone modification acrylate emulsion.
