A resin sand casting process is used; the pouring system comprises a straight pouring gate, a transverse distribution pouring gate, distribution pouring gates, a transverse pouring gate, a filter package and an inner flow gate, wherein a structure from the straight pouring gate to the transverse pouring gate is of a double-stage mean branching and distribution structure; the straight pouring gate is branched and distributed to the two distribution pouring gates through the transverse distribution pouring gate, and is uniformly branched to the transverse distribution pouring gate; the straight pouring gate, the transverse distribution pouring gate and the inner flow gate are obtained by shaping; and the transverse distribution pouring gate and the distribution pouring gates are formed by pre-embedding ceramic tubes.
