The invention provides a portable solid phase extracting device which comprises a support (4), a solid phase extracting column (3) and a segmented air pressurizer (2), wherein the upper part of the support (4) is provided with a panel; the panel is a solid phase extraction column baffle plate (1) which is provided with a plurality of first through holes; the solid phase extracting column (3) is a through pipe which is filled with absorbent fillers; the top end of the through pipe is provided with an outer edge; through the outer edge, the solid extracting column (3) is arranged in the first through holes in a suspended manner; the segmented air pressurizer (2) is positioned above the solid phase extracting column (3), and comprises an air cylinder (10) and a piston push rod (9); the air cylinder (10) is sleeved out of the piston push rod (9) in a penetrating manner, the bottom outer diameter of the piston push rod (9) is matched with the inner diameter of the top end of the solid extraction cylinder (3); and the piston push rod (9) is sleeved on the solid phase extraction column (3) in the penetrating manner.
