Problems solved by technology

However, the existing EVA film focuses on the simple bonding function, or only gives the laminated glass a variety of colors and appearances, but its strength, transparency or damping performance are relatively insufficient, that is to say, it cannot have good strength, Transparency and damping properties, especially low damping results in poor sound insulation and shock resistance

Abstract

The invention provides an EVA (Ethylene vinyl-acetate) film used for laminated glass which is prepared from raw materials in percentage by weight as follows: 69-89.5% of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 10-30% of polyolefin plastomer, 0.2-0.4% of a silane coupling agent, 0.2-0.5% of an optical stabilizer and 0.1-0.4% of an antioxidant. The content of vinyl acetate in the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is 32-33%. The EVA film consists of an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer, wherein the upper and lower layers are prepared from the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, the silane coupling agent, the optical stabilizer and the antioxidant. The middle layer is prepared from the polyolefin plastomer. The EVA film provided by the invention is not only high in strength and transparency, but also good in sound insulating and shockproof performance. The invention further provides a preparation method of the EVA film, and the process is simple and easy to control.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a polymer compound composition, in particular to an EVA film used for laminated glass, and a manufacturing method of the EVA film. Background technique [0002] Due to its good optical properties, rigidity and low cost, glass has been more and more widely used in the fields of building decoration and automobiles. However, the single piece of glass has the disadvantages of being fragile and having poor impact resistance, and it is very easy to hurt people after the glass is broken. [0003] In order to maintain the high transparency and visibility of the glass while improving the impact strength of the glass, laminated glass came into being. Laminated glass is a composite glass formed by bonding two or more pieces of glass together with an interlayer film. Since the glass is still stuck together by the interlayer film after being broken by an external force, it will not cause harm to the human body. At the same time, the interl...
