Abstract

The film is prepared from the following raw materials by weight percent: 95-99 percent of LLDPE (Linear Load Density Polyethylene) 7042, 0.1-2 percent of antioxidant, 0.01-1 percent of ultraviolet absorbent, 0.05-5 percent of hindered amine light stabilizer and 0.01-0.05 percent of liquid paraffin or vegetable oil; as such additives as the antioxidant, the ultraviolet absorbent and the hindered amine light stabilizer are added in the blown film raw materials of the mulch film, free radicals in the mulch film can be effectively reduced and the overquick oxidation and degradation of the mulch film is restrained, and the oxidation resistance of the produced mulch film is coordinated and exerted jointly by the antioxidant, the ultraviolet absorbent and the hindered amine light stabilizer. The heating temperature during production synthesis of the mulch film is lower than 180 DEG C to prevent the pyrolysis of antioxidant components, and the thickness of the mulch film guarantees the smooth film breaking for seedling emergence of sugar cane seedlings.
