Problems solved by technology

True metallic pigments are expensive and not washable after use
Because metal pigments are prone to discoloration due to oxidation and other chemical reactions during use, such as poor-quality copper powder and aluminum powder, they tend to turn dark brown within a period of time after painting, which is not conducive to the preservation of works.
At the same time, the metal itself is relatively more harmful to the body, especially not suitable for children, and it is not easy to remove after use.

Embodiment 1

[0018] All raw materials are by weight percentage.

[0019] Take polyethylene glycol ester (glycoester) 60 and water 40 to make a defoamer.

[0020] Take polymethyl methacrylate (P(EA / MAA)) 27 and water 73 to make a rheological additive.

[0021] Take monofunctional group, oleoyl alkylene oxide block copolymer 79 and water 21 to make dispersing wetting agent.

[0022] Take Bronopol 8, N-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (2-octyl-2h-isothiazol-3-one) 1 and water 91 to make a preservative.

[0023] Color paste 0.5, white dextrin 7.1, preservative 0.2, mica 10, defoamer 0.2, rheology additive 2, dispersing wetting agent 5, water 75.

[0024] Add water into the material tank, stir slowly, and slowly add white dextrin at the same time. After the white dextrin is completely dissolved, add defoamer and dispersing wetting agent, then add mica, rheological additives and preservatives, and wait for uniform dispersion to obtain the finished pigment.

Embodiment 2

[0026] All raw materials are by weight percentage.

[0027] Take polyethylene glycol ester (glycoester) 80 and water 20 to make a defoamer.

[0028] Take polymethyl methacrylate (P(EA / MAA)) 28 and water 72 to make a rheological additive.

[0029] Take monofunctional group, oleoyl alkylene oxide block copolymer 80 and water 20 to make dispersing wetting agent.

[0030] Take Bronopol 10, N-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (2-octyl-2h-isothiazol-3-one) 2 and water 88 to make a preservative.

[0031] Color paste 2, white dextrin 6, preservative 0.35, mica 12.4, defoamer 0.25, rheological additive 5, dispersing wetting agent 2, water 72.

[0032] All the other implementations are as in Example 1.

Embodiment 3

[0034] All raw materials are by weight percentage.

[0035] Use pure polyethylene glycol ester (glycoester) defoamer.

[0036] Take polymethyl methacrylate (P(EA / MAA)) 29 and water 71 to make a rheological additive.

[0037] Take monofunctional group, oleoyl alkylene oxide block copolymer 81 and water 19 to make dispersing wetting agent.

[0038] Take Bronopol 12, N-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (2-octyl-2h-isothiazol-3-one) 3 and water 85 to make a preservative.

[0039] Color paste 3, white dextrin 10, preservative 0.4, mica 15, defoamer 0.3, rheological additive 2.3, dispersing wetting agent 3, water 65.

[0040] All the other implementations are as in Example 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a metal-imitating pigment, which comprises the following components by weight: 0.5-3% of a color paste, 6-10% of white dextrin, 0.2-0.4% of a preservative, 10-15% of mica, 0.2-0.3% of a defoaming agent, 2-5% of a rheological additive, 2-5% of a dispersing wetting agent, and 65-75% of water. The metal-imitating pigment is prepared by: adding water into a material bucket, conducting stirring slowly, and simultaneously adding the white dextrin slowly, after the white dextrin is completely dissolved, adding the defoaming agent and the dispersing wetting agent, then adding the mica, the rheological additive and the preservative, and making them dispersed homogeneously so as to obtain a finished pigment product. The metal-imitating pigment produced in the invention has the same metallic luster to that of existing metallic pigments, but cannot change color like metallic pigments due to oxidation and other chemical reactions. Also, the metal-imitating pigment produced in the invention can be washed off, and does not contain metal raw materials, so that it is safe and reliable to use.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a painting pigment, in particular to an imitation metal pigment and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Metallic pigments, as the name implies, are a type of pigments processed by metal powders and metal oxides through appropriate methods. Users generally use this type of pigments to achieve the effect of metallic luster. True metallic pigments are expensive and not washable after use. Because metal pigments are prone to discoloration due to chemical reactions such as oxidation during use, such as poor-quality copper powder and aluminum powder, they tend to turn dark brown within a period of time after painting, which is not conducive to the preservation of works. At the same time, the metal itself is relatively more harmful to the body, especially not suitable for children to use, and it is not easy to remove after use.
