Abstract

The spray-type active cooling device comprises a cabin body, a heat exchanger which is arranged at an outlet of the cabin body and is communicated with the cabin body, and a liquid pump arranged in the heat exchanger. A conduit communicated with the heat exchanger is arranged in the cabin body. The other end of the conduit is provided with a horizontal circular distributor communicated with the conduit and a guide pipe perpendicular to the horizontal circular distributor. A lower surface of the outer edge of the horizontal circular distributor is provided with a circular nozzle. A lower end of the guide pipe is provided with a guide pipe nozzle. Compared with the traditional spray-type warehouse, the spray-type active cooling device has the advantages that the guide pipe is connected to the center of the horizontal circular distributor so that a part of a subcooled liquid enters into the warehouse bottom, cools the warehouse bottom and well flows on the wall of the warehouse body and thus a blocking zone nearby the wall is reduced; the temperature and the area of a high temperature zone nearby the wall are reduced; low-temperature liquid thermal stratification is inhibited effectively; and low-temperature liquid long-term storage and transport are realized.
