The invention provides a rainwater quality monitoring and infiltration simulating comprehensive experiment instrument which at least comprises a base and an organic glass shell arranged on the base, wherein a rainwater collecting device, a pretreatment device, a monitoring system and an infiltration experiment simulation device are arranged on the organic glass shell and inside the organic glass shell, the rainwater collecting device at least comprises a rainwater collecting plate, a rainwater divider and a rainwater collecting box; the pretreatment device at least comprises an acid reagent dispenser, a clamping-pressing type membrane changing filter and a sampling valve; the monitoring system at least comprises a flowmeter and a multifunctional detection device; and the infiltration experiment simulation device at least comprises a rainwater temporary storage box and a soil column, the soil column is arranged below the rainwater temporary box and is vertically fixed at the bottom in the organic glass shell through a soil column bracket, and a water outlet in the bottom of the rainwater temporary box is communicated to the top end of the soil column through a guide pipe.
