First, the organic matter in wastewater such as methanol and acetic acid is a good organic raw material, which is directly discharged and thrown away, which wastes a lot of resources. Second, to treat these wastewater containing organic matter, the investment in environmental protection equipment is high, resulting in an increase in production costs.

Embodiment Construction
[0012] as attached figure 1 As shown, the main production equipment includes reactors, separation towers, condensers, separators, storage tanks, pipelines, valves, pressure gauges, vacuum pumps, vacuum gauges, etc.; for continuous production, two reactors with a capacity of 3m3 are installed in series. Valves are installed on each reaction kettle; the crude furfural stock solution produced in the furfural workshop is injected into one of the 3m3 reaction kettles by a pressure pump, and 100 kg of catalyst is added. When the pressure in the kettle reaches 0.6Mpa and the steam is heated to 150°C, the The reactants in the reaction kettle are sent to the separation tower for separation, and the crude furfural separated from the bottom of the tower returns to the furfural workshop for rectification and dehydration to produce furfural; the mixed gas of methanol and acetic acid enters the condenser from the top of the separation tower to condense and become Methanol and acetic acid ...

Abstract
The invention discloses a process method for extracting methanol and acetic acid during furfuraldehyde production. The process method comprises the following steps of: injecting a crude furfuraldehyde raw solution produced in a furfuraldehyde workshop into a reaction kettle; adding a catalyst and introducing steam to heat; conveying reactants in the reaction kettle into a separation tower, and separating; returning the crude furfuraldehyde separated at the bottom of the tower to the furfuraldehyde workshop, and performing rectification and dehydration to generate a furfuraldehyde product; conveying the mixed gas of methanol and acetic acid into a condenser from the top of the separation tower, and condensing; and conveying a mixed solution containing methanol and acetic acid into a separator, and separating. The process method disclosed by the invention is simple in process and less in investment; methanol and acetic acid are extracted by virtue of furfuraldehyde production wastewater, other raw materials are not required, and only are labour, electric charge, the catalyst and simple devices needed, thus solving the problem of waste of lots of resources caused by direct drainage and discard of the furfuraldehyde production wastewater, and solving the problem of increase of production cost caused by a high investment of environmental protection equipment for wastewater treatment; and in case of an annual output of 5000 tons of furfuraldehyde, 1000 tons of methanol and 2000 tons of acetic acid can be extracted, and net income can be increased by 4500 thousands yuan.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a process for extracting methanol and acetic acid in furfural production. Background technique [0002] Furfural is an important chemical raw material. It is mainly used in synthetic resins, metallurgical casting, petroleum smelting, plastic products, anti-corrosion materials, pharmaceuticals and food additives, etc. It has a very broad prospect. However, many by-products are produced in the furfural production process, such as: methanol, acetic acid and a small amount of acetone, ethanol, etc., and these by-products can be used as organic chemical raw materials. [0003] Methanol is an important organic chemical raw material, which is widely used in the production of formaldehyde, dimethyl ether, acetic acid, methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE), dimethylformamide (DMF), methylamine, methyl chloride, A series of organic chemical products such as phthalic acid, dimethyl ester, methyl methacrylate, and synthetic rubber; methanol is n...
