Abstract

The invention discloses a low-power dissipation keyboard and a scanning positioning method thereof. The low-power dissipation keyboard comprises a controller unit and a matrix keyboard unit. A program control PWM module, a row line scanning control module, an interrupting applying module are embedded into the controller unit. The controller unit controls the program control PWM module to output a PWM pulse to sample keyboard states of the matrix keyboard unit at regular intervals. When no button is pressed down, electricity energy cannot be consumed by the matrix keyboard unit, and the controller unit is in a sleeping mode. When a button is pressed down, the electricity energy is consumed only in short time in the process of sampling by the matrix keyboard unit, an interrupting application is put forward to wake up the controller unit to enter an active mode, and after the controller unit carries out scanning positioning on a keyboard and carries out corresponding processing, the controller unit enters the sleeping mode again.
